Do you document in a structured manner, work in a service-oriented way, and feel at home in the Windows world with Active Directory? Does this sound like you?     THESE ARE YOUR TASKS

    • You will support your colleagues with hardware and software problems in their day-to-day work.
    • You will carefully document software, processes, and IT structures and create technical manuals.
    • You will administer and maintain our local Active Directory environment.
    • You will process IT tickets and record all processes in a structured manner in our ticket system.
    • You will optionally take over the management and administration of a Hyper-V cluster with a connected Metro Cluster SAN.
    • You will optionally administer our Meraki cloud infrastructure.

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

    • You have experience in IT support for hardware and software – ideally in a corporate environment.
    • You have knowledge of software and technical process documentation.
    • You are well versed in local Active Directory administration.
    • You document precisely and can communicate technical content in an understandable way.
    • You process IT tickets independently, in a structured and reliable manner.
    • Ideally, you have experience with Hyper-V clusters, Metro Cluster SAN, the Tierring model, and Meraki cloud infrastructure.
