CRM Administrator (m/w/d)

    THESE ARE YOUR TASKS

    • Processing internal CRM requests
    • Analyzing and independently solving problems
    • Classifying problems
    • Classifying new requests
    • Supporting employees with application questions
    • Accurately analyzing and documenting new requirements
    • Analyzing and documenting requirements
    • Discussing requirements with the relevant departments
    • Entering requirements into DevOps
    • Beta testing developments
    • Planning rollouts and communicating information to the relevant departments
    • User administration, including access rights
    • Creating explanatory videos

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

    • Fluent written and spoken German
    • Basic commercial understanding. Ideally, commercial training
    • Basic technical understanding
    • Travel 4-5 times a year in Germany
    • Experience in support and further development of CRM systems
