THESE ARE YOUR TASKS
- You are the voice of Palette CAD – whether on the phone or via email, you impress with friendliness and a solution-oriented approach.
- You handle incoming inquiries and act as a key point of contact for our customers.
- You take care of customer support and provide advice regarding our training offerings.
You will work closely with other service-oriented departments to ensure consistently high customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Completed formal education, career starters or career changers are also welcome.
- Patience and enjoyment of explaining things, as well as a high level of empathy.
- Confident use of MS Office and an interest in digital topics.
- Very good written and spoken English language skills, German language skills are an advantage.
