International Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

THESE ARE YOUR TASKS

  • You plan, manage, and optimize performancedriven campaigns to generate leads for our B2B software solutions, working closely with regional markets.
  • You collaborate with European subsidiaries and sales partners to ensure the successful execution of local campaigns. 
  • You lead and enhance our performance marketing activities (e.g., paid media, email campaigns, landing pages).  
  • You create ads and marketing materials independently in line with our corporate design guidelines.  
  • You support our inhouse graphic designer in creating and adapting campaign assets.  
  • You define campaign goals and KPIs in alignment with Sales and Management.  
  • You monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign and lead performance (e.g., CPL, conversion rates, lead quality).  
  • You coordinate external partners such as agencies, media partners, and translation providers.  
  • You contribute to the international rollout of campaigns, including guidelines, processes, and best practices. 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • You hold a completed degree or vocational training in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a comparable field.  
  • You bring several years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the software, SaaS, or technology sector.  
  • You have proven handson experience in performance marketing and lead generation (e.g., Paid Search and Paid Social channels).  
  • You demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills and have experience collaborating closely with international and regional teams.  
  • You possess basic graphic design knowledge that enables you to independently create ads and marketing materials (e.g., Adobe CC, Canva, or similar tools).  
  • You work analytically, with a structured approach and a high degree of personal responsibility.  
  • You are proficient in marketing tools, CRM and marketing automation systems, as well as MS Office.  
  • You have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.  
  • You ideally have German language skills at C1 level or higher.
