THESE ARE YOUR TASKS
The International Sales Representative will identify new business opportunities, onboard and manage relationships with international clients, and represent Palette CAD's products and services to a global audience. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, preparing business proposals, attending industry events, and providing product demonstrations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, ideally in international markets.
- Ability to understand and present technical products, such as 3D planning software, with customer needs in focus.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Analytical skills for market research and competitor analysis.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to travel internationally for client meetings and industry events when required.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the technology, interior design, or related sector is an asset.
