THESE ARE YOUR TASKS
- You handle incoming customer inquiries within your area of expertise.
- You support our customers with issues related to the Palette CAD software via phone, remote support, and email.
- You create and update content for our e-learning platform.
- You enjoy acting as a link between our development team and our customers and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our software.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- A strong customer and service oriented mindset, along with excellent communication skills, resilience, and flexibility.
- Fluent English skills; knowledge of German is an advantage.
- You enjoy developing practical solutions and sharing your knowledge with others.
- You have an affinity for modern software and see technology as a helpful tool rather than an obstacle.
- You are a team player who likes to take responsibility.
- CAD experience is a plus.
